You'll see a design preview 3 to 5 days after we talk. From there it's usually another few days of tweaks before you're live. The hold-up is almost always photos and text from you. Send them early.
It pays for hosting and security, and for us keeping the thing running. If something breaks, we fix it. You don't file a ticket and wait. It also covers small updates, like new hours or a price change. Higher plans get bigger changes and faster turnaround.
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the site is yours. If you ever leave, you keep it. We'll hand over the files and help point the domain wherever you want.
That's normal. Most of our work is replacing a site that's gone stale. We keep your domain and anything worth saving. Then we rebuild the rest and switch it over, so there's no gap where your site is offline.
Any time. You pay the difference in the one-time fee for the new tier, and the monthly adjusts from there. Plenty of businesses start on Starter and move up once they see what the site brings in.
No contracts, so you can cancel whenever. You keep the domain and we hand over your site files. Hosting and updates stop at the end of the month you've paid for, so nothing shuts off mid-cycle.
