The terms for using this website.

These terms cover your use of this website. The site is run by Cade Penney, trading as Wavy Agents. By using the site you accept them.

They don't cover work we do for you. If you hire us, a separate written agreement sets out what's included, what it costs, and how either of us can end it. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement wins.

We keep the prices and details on this site accurate and up to date, but they can change, and nothing here is an offer you can accept by itself. The price and scope we agree with you in writing are what count.

The design, writing, code and images on this site belong to Wavy Agents or are used with permission. You're welcome to read, link to and share pages. Please don't copy the site or pass its work off as your own.

The example site on the Our Work page belongs to its owner, and its name, logos and photos are theirs.

Links to other sites are there for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we can't promise it will always be either, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for losses that come from using it.
